Uyemura Residence

Garden for a Japanese family with small child in a typical subdivision — reminiscent of Japanese garden using semi-arid vocabulary. A sand play area is provided which will become a visual addition once the child grows. The minimalist concrete deck and a small outdoor eating space allow for direct uninterrupted view of the surrounding far landscape.
